ADC creates and manages online courses and programs for small businesses, businesses with their own learning management system (LMS), and non-profits. Many of the courses and programs it creates provide job training and professional certification. If a client doesn’t already have an LMS, we can build one: creating a custom-designed and branded portal with a shopping cart through which students register and pay for their courses.

Course and Program Content

Clients come to us with differing levels of need. Some have well-developed programs that they would like to move to an online format. Others can provide their own instructional material, but need help to transform it into a full program. Still other clients are starting from scratch.  We are prepared to work at all three levels.

We turn existing training programs into low-cost online formats; build out a complete curriculum that optimizes the order, number, and length of courses; and generate fresh course content that meets a client’s needs. Our courses include straight instruction, outlines, quizzes, supplemental readings and a wide range of other supporting materials.

We work with clients to decide how high or low to set the bar for passing. Some clients seek training programs that every student must pass.

Course Administration 

ADC takes care of course administration. We respond to student emails, monitor student progress, and provide regular reports of our findings to clients. When students fall behind, we contact them. If students have issues which are hindering their progress, we work with them to resolve those issues so they can finish.
